Over the years, that mission has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined\u2014rooted in culture, connection, and community globally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For years, listeners like you have asked for a space to gather, to go deeper into the conversations we\u2019ve started on the podcast. I hesitated for a long time, unsure if I was ready or if the timing was right. Now, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of that first episode, it feels like the perfect time to take things to the next level.
